Who we are?
Designer, manufacturer, developer and supplier of products and technology for the automotive industry in the field of LPG, CNG/NGV and other alternative fuels.
Since 1991 our company operates within the polish market and is a leader in the CNG/LPG conversion industry. We strongly believe that in any business development there should be no limitations. VERSUS GAS hereby invites potential partners to try and discover Polish technology of innovations and functionality.

– The company FHT Export-Import is established at the address of 16G Szczecińska Street
05-300 Mińsk Mazowiecki. Initial activity – import of automotive gas systems components and their distribution on the Polish market.
– Assembly of 1st and 2nd generation gas installations – mainly of Italian origin.
– Growth of interest in alternative products on global markets. On the basis of the experience gathered between 1991 and 2004, the first plans to create our own product are developed. At the same time, the first plans for export development are made.
– Creation of the prototype of the first product: ECU VERSUS v.1 (LPG) controller / 2006 – Production of the VERSUS v.1 controller is implemented. The first export deals are realised. Further development of an improved version of the Controller dedicated to demanding markets.
System compatibility tests and studies carried out in accordance with current requirements for meeting emission standards.
2006
– Successful debut of the new VERSUS Controller „v. 1,5” on world markets, confirmed by obtaining the EUR4 certificate for installation of the „VERSUS” controller in the latest cars. Commencement of export to countries requiring the most stringent criteria to be met by such an installation (Germany – „ABGAS”, Australia – „AS/NZS 1425”).
2007
– Further expansion in international markets. Significant contracts signed mainly in Asian countries.
– Plans are made to start production of mechanical components for gas installations: LPG and CNG reducers. Expansion and investment in R&D department.
– Start of reorganisation of the FHT company (implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system).
2008
– ISO 9001:2000 certification is obtained, confirming successful implementation of reorganisation changes.
– Designs and prototypes of the first mechanical equipment are created. Final decision is made to expand the production department to include a mechanical department (CNC).
2009
– Start of project implementation: ” Increase in innovation and competitiveness of FHT Export-Import through the implementation of innovative technology for the production of reducers for the latest generation of automotive sequential gas systems” (WM RPO, measure 1.5 „Development of entrepreneurship”):
– purchase of the first CNC machines.
– installation of reducer assembly lines.
2009 - 2010
– Debut of a new range of reducers of our own production: VR-L, VR-L SUPER, VR-C combined with the debut of the newly developed „VERSUS” v.2 controller.
– Investment into increasing the company’s production capacity – purchase of a new production hall (02.09.2010).
– Beginning of the implementation of a marketing plan for the promotion of new products on international markets.
2011
– Introduction of a cheaper version of the „MV4” controller.
– Up to 2012 – stabilisation of the market position and quality image of the „VERSUS” brand on international markets.
2012 - 2013
– Search for and improvement of technological possibilities of implementing the developed solutions into production.
2015 - 2016
– New company headquarters behind the address
05-300 Minsk Mazowiecki, Królewiec, Dębowa 82 – production and storage area of 1,500 m²
– Purchase of new machinery and equipment, such as a lathe and milling machine.
2018
– A new website is created on the domain: www.versusgas.com
2021
– Debut of new injector versions Razor and Razor Pro
2022
– Train of active cooperation with Ukraine.
2023
– Upgrade of controllers and introduction of new software.
– Expansion of the machine park with new CNC lathes.
2024
– The company FHT Export-Import changes its name to Verrsusgas sp. zo.o, and with this a changed logo, website and a change of documentation is underway.
– Conversion of the company FHT Export-Import into a limited liability company
